The new plant will be constructed at the Kaneka Takasago manufacturing site and will involve an investment of some 15 billion Japanese yen. It will have a capacity of 15,000 tons\/year<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Green Planet PHBH is a <strong>biomass polymer<\/strong> produced by microorganism biosynthesis using plant oils. The material biodegrades easily both in soil and in water \u2013 salt- and fresh water.
